There is no availability for this week and, for this reason, Pepe decides to set aside 2 consecutive days from the Monday of the following week and he sets it in the calendar.

Then he realizes he has not the colour that the customer wants, so he places an order to his supplier (virtual point of sale> create order to supplier) to avoid a possible delay. On Monday he checks in “My services” what he has to do for that day and the address, and he starts with the job. With the “Status Notifier”, he warns the client that he goes to this house, that he arrives, that he goes to have lunch, that he comes back to continue working. The customer ask him for a picture to see the process, the worker sends it to him and finally, he warns him that he has finished for that day. The following day the process would be repeated

Once finished the service, Pepe generates in an easy and quick way the invoice that he sends immediately to the customer. Grateful for the service quality and for the fact that he has been informed during the whole process by Pepe (he even sent him a photo while he was working), the customer rewards Pepe with a great score in the survey.
