In Gestoy we care deeply about our users´ data protection and privacy. If you want to contact another user or business, you will have to send a linking request and, if he/it accepts it, you both will have each other in your contacts lists. In that moment is when you are able to catalogued him/it as supplier, client or supplier + client.
If a business user wants to be found in the Gestoy search engine, the public profile must be registered and edited. Without it, it is not possible to be found and contacted for possible future cooperation. See further on “My business” – “Business data” – “Contact information (public)” and, after filling it out, on “Search engine settings”.
In the case of private people it works exactly the same. If a business wants to send a linking request, the private person must have previously edited his public profile. On the contrary, the business user´s search would be unsuccessful and a reminder would appear: REMIND YOUR CLIENT TO EDIT PUBLIC PROFILE.
Every linking request must be accepted by the other side so that you can contact him/her/it, send messages, offer a product, etc.
Every Gestoy user, either business or private person, has Pepe in his contact list by default so that you can contact him for any doubts about the sections or the operation, training needs or quick guides. Our technical support will answer you straight away to provide you the information, either via Gestoy or by a telephone call for more complex needs.
